This morning I had lost weight and felt really great about. Stuck to my plan all day, was doing alright. Then about an hour ago I had this sudden low and ate a bowl of cereal ( after using all of my calories). Followed by another. And then a bowl of prunes. Why did I do it?!?! I wasn't even hungry! I know I could hate ate worse things...but I seem to do this everytime I lose weight. I am so annoyed at myself for giving in!
I do the same thing. Every time I lose another pound or two I go off plan and eat a bunch of stuff. It's not because I'm hungry. I haven't figured out the exact reason why.
