Default I just love this site n all of u

The more I get on this site the more I love it and love the woman on here. No one is judgemental everyone is just supportive, loving and encouraging. I am a stay at home mom and it helps me feel connected. My weight is a constant issue with me that I crack jokes about it all the time.(zipping my fat in my zipper or let me tuck my fat in before we go!! or You want the fat girl to do WHAT??) When I say stuff about losing weight or doing this or that everyone just makes excuses for me like you had 4 kids in 5 years and the last one was just 9 months ago. Like I understand that but I STILL FEEL FAT and insecure. I didnt even want to go in the sheetz down the road cause it is usually packed with teens and i was in sweats and a tshirt and sooo fat. I needed milk so I had to go in. But sometimes I feel like everyone just stares at the fat girl or if there is a group standing together and just happen to laugh and i hear them I think they are laughing about me the fat girl...Like its is soooo awful but yet I still put junk in my mouth. I keep a count of my calories today and before dinner I was already at 1000 or something over that. Being a stay at home mom I dont get much communication with "the outside!!" so being in contact with everyone on here helps me not feel so alone in the journey of weight losing. Also makes me not feel so bad about taking medicine..I usually have to make an excuse about why I am on medicine cause I feel people judge me. OK well thats it I just wanted to say thank you to all you that are so supportive and help each other along the way...even if it is dragging us along when we cant walk ourselves!! SO THANK YOU!!!

I know how you feel about that. I'm not really open about being on depression medication, because a lot of people really don't understand. I like that is site is about weight loss, but also includes a forum for depression.

Momof4 thank you so much for your kind words about 3FC, we do appreciate them

We all can totally relate to how you feel. I agree with Ohmanda in that alot of people don't understand about meds, and really... its none of their business, so don't feel like you have to tell anyone ya know. The kids in the store.... don't listen to them, they are probably laughing at themselves, you know how silly teens can be, they can fart and laugh for days about it so take their laughter where it comes from

We're glad your here

Leenie
