Default Thinking about buying a Cross Trainer/Elliptical

i have great problems with gettin my cardio work out in. i have tried the C25K and i have awful shin splints... exercise bikes are too easy and boring...

i always found cross trainers hard to use but i read somewhere they are seriously good for shaping up.

i wanted some input about your use of one... and also what i am looking for spec wise in a decent machine

thanks guys and gals!

I love my elliptical! I bought a mid-priced one about a year ago and it is one of the best things I have ever bought. I love getting a good cardio workout and building muscle tone at the same time.

I have an elliptical and I love it. Since you are fairly tall, you'd want to look for a longer string (20" or more)

I also recommend trying the actual elliptical you buy before you buy it.

its a bit hard to do that as the companies that sell them here are kinda catologue shops?

you place your order and wait for it to be picked...

but you get a 16 day money back guarantee
