I have been on a plateau for a long time now and last week my hubby finally signed me up at the gym. I started going on Monday (I have been "working out" here at home before that), yesterday, and today and I can totally see the difference in my legs. Even my husband told me today when he seen me without pants on that my thighs are getting smaller. I am so excited and happy about it. I was at 203-205 for awhile, I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 202.2. I know it's not water weight because I shed that off a long time ago. Yay for me!!!!!!
Great job!! If you haven't already, I would recommend adding strength training to your routine - your gym probably has the weights/machines that you can use in addition to cardio. It will speed up your metabolism and help weight loss, and of course build muscle!
