Hi everyone,
I'm another newbie on a weight loss mission - this time last year I weighed a gross 11st 6lbs (162lbs) and at a height of 5'1" it did not look good!
Well, I ditched the junk food and started a healthy eating lifestyle and 50 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I am currently 10st 4lbs and still eating healthily. BUT I have hit a rather stubborn plataeu and been my current weight for over 3 months now and it's really getting to me!!
Well, I decided to lower my calorie and carbohydrate intake at the beginning of this week and also upping my exercise to 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I will let you all know how I get on!
