I don't exercise at all like I should. When I do get myself to do something, I enjoy walking.
What are your fitness/health goals? I would like to lose 15-20 pounds (although I will take anything) to make myself healthier and to feel more comfortable and confident.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I have been kind of heavy my entire life and I'm just sick of it. I want to lose a few pounds to feel more comfortable in my own skin, I want to learn to be better to myself, learn to accept myself as I am, learn to be confident, and stop being so insecure.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I am having a massive amount of trouble just getting started. I know the right things to eat and do, I just don't do them. I can't seem to motivate myself. That is a huge problem right now... that and being un-confident and insecure.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? More fruits and veggies, smaller portion sizes, and doing exercise of any kind.
(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : I don't want to look better than any specific person out there. I just want to look better than the me I am now...
What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? Simply a better variety of clothes. I want to be able to wear some shirts that I love and own that I can't justify wearing now. I want to buy a brand new great pair of jeans... and, even thought I'm forcing myself to wear a two piece this year and be confident about it, I want to look better in it.
