Default I'm so happy to have found you

I'm trying to get in shape and drop some weight after a few very sedentary years. I was on my own in starting this and then I found you. So hi everyone! I began last week with one of Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvds and her intro to Pilates. I walked a mile with her every day but my legs got very tired and achy so I took today off to let myself recover. I'll be back at it tomorrow! This looks like a great place to make some friends and give and take support. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.

Hello! I'm from Arizona too About 2 1/2 hours from ya.
Try and take it easy next time so you don't over work yourself and you can keep a nice steady pace every day. Then slowly build up the amount of time and how hard you work. It will get better.

Got to agree with Sakai. Take it easy and work your way up. If not you could injure yourself or burn out too soon. Neither would be good for permanence.

Good Luck with your commitment to yourself.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Could someone tell me what WATP means? I just can't seem to figure it out.
