Default Starting SBD P1 Again

I purchased the new SBD Supercharged book yesterday. Started reading it last night and decided to go ahead and start Phase 1 from the first book today while I read the book. Then move into full swing with the plan of the new book with the exercise plan by next week. I see no reason not to get started. I have been able to lose a little bit of weight before, but had a hard time continuing to lose. I would lose a few lbs and either stop losing or gain. Just the few chapters I have read so far has given me hope that the exercise is what I need. And I think the way he recommends exercise will help me to keep continue to lose down to my goal. It sure is worth the try.

Thanks Cottage. I posted this and then realized there is a thread for all who are starting or starting over with SBD P1.

I love this attitude. It so beats the "wait until Monday" approach. Your approach to get started with the original book, read the new one and add to it once you understand it is just great.
