Kinda new !
Hello all!
Just a quick hello from someone who's been lurking around on this website for a while now. I think joining this community will help me on my weight loss journey.
Turning 30 last summer was a wake-up call. I decided that this would be MY year to shape up and take control. If not, I realise that the next 10 years will ressemble my last 10 years and thats just not acceptable.
In the past year or so, I lost 30 pounds (going from 195 to 165) and my ultimate goal is to be somewhere in between 125-130. Lately, I havent been good at all so I need to recommit to eating healthy food. I basically need to start cooking and stop ordering out :P
I'm sure i'll love it here!
