If you like her and you want easy recipies...yeah go for it. I pre-ordered it and have already read through it a few times. I like the fct that a lot of the recipies are written as recipies for 1. You do have to be careful on some of them to read the serving size. There is a link on her web site with all oft he WW points for people who do WW. Overall it's a great and handy way to keep her best stuff all together in one place without having to print out all of her emails. There are also lots of other hints and tips as well. Go to your local Target or bookstore and flip through it...if you hate it you can always return it.

Yup-I'm a big fan of the whole Hungry Girl website. The cookbook has about 1/2 old, 1/2 brand new items, and all are easy to make, fun, low calorie meals. Containes many moderately processed foods, though, so not as useful for those who prefer all natural meals. I made the breakfast pizza for dinner tonight-yum! My husband even snuck to the bookstore in Framingham MA today to get my copy signed by the author while I was stuck at work! Cool!

I like getting ideas from her. She is very inventive. I just discovered her so the book is all new stuff for me. I'm going to get my daughter a copy just because she makes you think about finding lower calorie options.

I bought the book at walmart for $12 and it is one of the best buys I have made - it's worth it

I love her site, the only problem is that I have a lot of problems finding the products she uses here. Egg substitute...nope. I haven't found it. A lot of the diet things she uses....nope. And semi-sweet chocolate chips?? hahaha, they cost way too much to buy here. *sniff* That to die for chocolate muffin looks DEEEEELISH!

Does she use a lot of sugar substitutes? Thinking of buying the book, but I don't cook with the subs.

Daduck: You can use egg whites instead of substitute. And...no chocolate chips? You can use semi-sweet baking chocolate bars if you have that there and chop them up.

fiberlover: I'm not big on sugar substitutes myself. I'm thinking of just using the real thing but less of it in the recipes (most are too sweet anyways).

I just ordered the book, looking forward to getting it.

sooo much splenda in these. I try to use stevia and they taste ok but nothing amazing. I do like how low calorie they are though.

I saw a blurp about the cookbook on AOL. I haven't seen it in stores yet. I like purchasing various cookbooks and will check it out the next time I'm out.

My Von's major chain grocery store has the book displayed for sale near the Laughing Cow cheese! Kind of makes sense.
