Thanks for posting your story
Make sure you take some time to look around & post wherever you're comfortable. The 100lb club is a really friendly area, and there's the 20-something's (or 30-somethings

) if you'd like to talk to people your own age.
About the exercise. It's important to find something you actually enjoy. For me, I look forward to walking/jogging on the treadmill while watching Charmed after work. I didn't want to do it at first... and it wasn't great to begin with. But I scheduled it in. I made my own little appointment for exercise (just like a doctor's appointment). I'd build myself up by saying "Okay, I have that appointment with the treadmill tomorrow after work". It helped.
Suddenly, I realized I liked walking. It was easy, low key, and it gave me time to think about things & unwind. I always wanted to try yoga out, and I figured the weekends (when I don't have access to a treadmill) were the perfect time to get a DVD & go for it. I now use a DVD & book each weekend to practice my yoga.
Think about something you might like... schedule the time in... and go for it!
And I didn't start with 30 minutes off the bat, either. I began with 10 minute walks. So... slowly building up is important to those of us who haven't exercised in a long time (or ... never exercised, like me.)
Eitherway, best of luck! And keep posting ^^
