Hi everyone! I have seen this website before, but I finally joined this morning because I'm hoping posting and finding some support will help keep me out of the kitchen!
I have struggled with my weight forever, and it gets really hard to keep trying when the first thought that comes to my mind is "Why will this time be different from the other million times I've failed?!!
I actually got into a pretty good frame of mind last year around this time and managed to lose about 40 pounds. I was eating great and even joined a gym and was swimming often. Then I don't know what happened, I lost that all-important mind set and managed to gain back 18 pounds. Now I know it's time to get back with the program, and I have a few good days under my belt. I just don't know how I'll keep it going!!!!!!
Anyone have any encouraging words???
