i think evreyone is crossaint crazy right now .... i had one this week too i have the old version of the complete food companion but it said the crossaint was 5 pts so i knew that couldent be right..... it was too big and buttery i counted it as 10 pts ..... but im glad i know it's 8 pts ill factor it in evrey now and again ...
