First, check out either the 100 lb club or the 300+ club - both are great, supportive groups of people who started out with 100 lbs or more to lose, or over 300 pounds. It can be so wonderful to have people to chat with who are on the same journey you're on.
Second, what sort of plan are you following? We likely have an area for it, so look around!
Otherwise, just keep moving forward, and if you take a step in the wrong direction, immediately start back on your path. As long as you're moving forward more often than not, you'll get to where you want to be eventually!
