Default Hello from another newbie!!!

Hey there! My name is TJ and I am a 34 year old gal looking to make some changes. I've battled with my weight most of my life. I haven't seen a number on a scale than begins with a "1" since I was 18.

Last year I was able to lose 49 pounds on the WW Flex plan. No worries, though. I found it again. Square one... beginning at 274.4. I started over, but chose Core so I can learn a little more about nutrition and how I should actually be eating to be healthy. Seems like I missed that lesson.

So far, I've lost 15.4 pounds and I'm doing OK.

Other stats... live in SoCal. Love art, poetry, cooking, my DP and my pups. If you're looking for a weight loss pal with a few common interests, shoot me a message!

Oh - any tips on motoring around 3FC and/or WW Core would be more than appreciated.

TTFN!
TJ

. . . Glad to have you joining us . . . It's a very big site and you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly if you just take your time and have a good look around and then just jump in and start posting when something catches your eye.

There's an area called Diet Central and within it there's an area devoted to Weight Watchers with sub-forums for both flex and core.

Hope to see you again soon . . .

Hi TeeJay13! I'm quite the newbie myself, although I'm learning quite a lot on this website. Go to the WW core board, and you can get a lot of information and recipes regarding the Core plan. I am also following the ww Core plan and in one month have lost 16 lbs! I love the core plan and I don't feel hungry or deprived at all. I've just been trying a lot of new recipes and repeating some of the ones I really enjoyed. I can't believe I'm dieting, with all the good food I've been eating. I love core!
