Smile A FORUM JUST FOR ME!!! yah!!!!

I have joined about three fourms in the past three days, and It seems that most of the members are snobs or weigh less that 200 pounds. One member in the last forum had to lose only like 30 pounds. Anyway, I'm glad I found a forum made for women like myself

So glad to have you here! There are areas all over 3FC, and while we may be looking to lose different amounts of weight, we're all connected in that we're trying to be healthier.

The 300+ Club is a great area, with very friendly people. It's true... we who have begun this journey weighing more than or about 300 lbs do have different issues to deal with. And that's what I love about this area. These people here know what I'm dealing with exactly.

Don't be shy about checking out the other areas, though. Everyone is welcome to post anywhere they're comfortable. And many times I've found great wisdom from those people who don't have quite as much weight to lose as I do.

Honestly, I've found 3FC to be friendly, supportive, and provide a kick in the rear (when needed!) while everyone here is down to earth, and never snobby that I've encountered. I truly hope you find the same

Please, keep posting We all can't wait to get to know you better!

Best of success!!!

If you're interested, there's a Weight Watchers area under Diet Central that I frequent as well (Yep! Fellow WW here ^^). You should check that out as well!!!

Hello, and welcome. I think sometimes we feel more comfortable with people we think understand. I've never found anyone around here snobbish (but I don't wander around much). I do know sometimes I'll see a comment from someone considerably lighter than myself that I'll just cringe at. Something like someone saying 'I can't believe I've become such a whale in the last year' and then I see their ticker - and I'd kill to be their weight.

We're all a little insular in our own weight loss, and someone else may not understand how that makes me feel. So I just wander off without saying anything. They likely feel the same about someone lighter than themselves struggling to lose the last 10 pounds. To some extent though we all share the same basic struggle.

Wow, and I was just going to say 'hello' and

Thanks every1!!! I'm on the weight watchers program, but I think I went over my points today. I didn't eat anything unhealthy, I just ate a little too much. I work nights, so sometimes I eat dinner at 8pm, then eat a snack at 1am or 2am. I had to get blood work today so I started fasting at 8pm...I felt like I was gonna pass out by 1am, so I had a snack at 1:30am. So, I fasted from 1:30am until 4pm...and I just ate a whole plate of whole wheat pasta. I ate WAY too much!!!
