I know it's not much, but i have lost 7lbs.. in my first week.. i know it wont stay at this pace... most was prob water etc... but im sooo jazzed... i want to get UNDER the 300 lb mark sooo bad.. and im soo close to that now

who would have thought?? cutting out soda, and getting off my tail and doin some exercisin really works lmao..i actually feel better as well.. and i know that is from the 'moving ' lol... i have more energy... why oh why did i sit on my rear for soooo long? oh well, just thought id share ... as for calories, i have been eating about 1600 per day, and burnin about 200-300... but im building up my endurance on my exercise bike so maybe ill be able to burn more this week
