Default How do I change the forum my thread is posted in?

I recently asked a q in faq/locarb forum.
I'm thinking maybe I'll get more feedback if it is switched to either weight loss support or SBD forums.

And since I'm here... how do I do that quote thing?

thx for all 3fc help. It is really a great site.

Thanks for your kind words!

It looks like you have a reply by Azure since you posted this and she was a big help. If you'd still like us to move it we'll be happy to

To quote a post before you, look to the lower right corner of the post and click the quote button. It will copy the entire post into your post, and it will be surrounded by quote 'tags'. You can either quote the whole thing or delete part of it out if you wish. You can practice here if you'd like
