New Here

  • Hi all
    I am new here, I have started on the journey to weight loss about 3 months ago.
    I workout 6 times a week, alternating between cardio days and weight days. I use Jari Love for strength training. I would love to hear if anybody else has used here. and for cardio I use The Firm, Biggest Loser Workout and Tae Bo. I ahve started to lose weight and right now, I am shrinking, but the scale is not moving too much, I guess with the lifting weights that will happen.
    I started using the Fitday website, checking what i eat, I have realised I am not eating enough Protein, fruits and veggies, I need to eat more.
    I am amazed at all the weight loss stories here and how much weight some people ahve lost, and it is an inspiraiton to see all those people on here too.

    My husband and I used to do Tai Bo, and we loved it!
    I hope that adjusting your foods works for you. Hopefully the scale will start to move down soon.
