Well, last time i was here was back in Oct... and like an idiot, i got busy with Life, put my health on the back burner and have gained to 308 from 295... figured the rest of Life will have to be put on the back burner and i need to sort myself out.
I will be doing calorie counting and exercising.. just need the motivation for the exercise part lol...
I have learned my lesson and will be around these boards daily.. i look forward to getting to know loads of you... take care, be safe, and good Luck on your plans
