Default Returning after long absence!

Well, last time i was here was back in Oct... and like an idiot, i got busy with Life, put my health on the back burner and have gained to 308 from 295... figured the rest of Life will have to be put on the back burner and i need to sort myself out.
I will be doing calorie counting and exercising.. just need the motivation for the exercise part lol...
I have learned my lesson and will be around these boards daily.. i look forward to getting to know loads of you... take care, be safe, and good Luck on your plans

There's a Calorie Counters area under Diet Central, and if you'd like to get some ideas for exercising check out the Exercise thread

It's time to stop putting your own health & life on the back burner. Take care of yourself! With a little time and commitment you can balance all of life, and your health. It might mean changing priorities. It might mean actually taking time for yourself, but it's possible!

Welcome back!

You don't have to put the rest of your life on the back burner while you lose weight. Make being healthy a part of who you are, and it'll make things much easier. Live as the person you want to be.
