Back, again.
My name is Brandy. I am a 23 year old stay at home mom to my almost four year old, Hayden. I've been happily married to my sailor, Danny, for almost five years and we live in Pensacola, FL.
Growing up I was always on the small side. But when I got pregnant with my son, the weight just kept sliding on. I lost quite a bit at one point but it wasn't in a realistic way and most of it came back on. Last August we left Hawaii and moved to Florida and I hate it here. I've been so miserable so of course, I've packed on some extra padding, again. But I recently had a miscarriage. I didn't even know I was pregnant, even though we have been trying for #2. I realize that the m/c wasn't "my fault" but I believe it was a wake up call that I don't feel like my body is prepared to carry another child we want so badly. Even though I don't want to wait as we've waited for so long but, I really, really want to lose this weight first and get myself healthy. So, I'm back and I've lost a couple of pounds already. I really hope that I keep at it this time.

I'm sorry about your miscarriage. You're very wise to make a point of looking after yourself now. Keep your focus on your goal... you can do it!
