Susan B had started a thread for six week goals. I can't find threads for weeks 4 or 5, but I think this would be just after week 6. I wanted to review where I was and invite everyone else who was participating to join me. Hope I'm not stepping on any toes.
Log my food daily 100%
Drink water daily Better but room for improvement
Take vitamins daily Only on those days where I had a gap on my vitamins based on Fitday tracking. Doesn't make sense to add supplements if I'm already reaching the targets with healthy real foods.
Exercise 2x per week (Doesn't sound like much, but it's a reasonable goal based on where I am)

Still room for improvement.
Plan my meals weekly Did really well on this. Slacked off this last week in planning exactly, but did manage to shop and have healthy choices to cook from.
All in all it was a good experience. Identifying these items helped me to focus on them and being accountable didn't hurt.
