
Hi everyone,
I'm Kelly and new to this forum. I'm a previous WW. I had, had being the key word, lost 100+ pounds on the program. I have in the last couple of years gained a majority of it back. During that time I am being treated for hypothyrodism. I feel better, but I am not having any luck loosing any of the weight I have gained over the last 2 yrs.
I'm following the WW progam on my own. Exercising daily, but I continue to have no luck in loosing. I'm under my doctors guidance at this point.
I'm here to be inspired by others and to read about what works for them. I'm looking for new food ideas as well.
This looks like a nice community to belong to and I look forward to meeing new friends here.
