Default Hello - Question about Power 90

Hi,

Just joined tonight...first time I've ever done the "blog" thing. We'll see how it helps!

I was looking on here the other day, and someone mentioned something about getting the diet plan for Power 90 from somewhere other than Beachbody. I just purchased the system on eBay, but the person I bought it from didn't have the diet plan anymore, and I need that! I was also hoping to get the 6-day fat burner express plan - for purchase, of course. I don't want to break any copyright laws!

Also, if anyone has any advice on losing about 5-7 pounds in 2 weeks, I'd love to hear it. I've put on a lot of weight in the past 2 months (dealing with a new job and different stress), and now I have big presentations coming up, and none of my pants fit!

Thanks for your help!

Welcome to 3FC! You may be able to lose 5-7 pounds over a two week period with a combination of fat and water loss. If you drop your simple carbs for a few days prior, you'll see some weight come off the belly.

However, if you just start exercising, drinking water and cutting calories, you'll be surprised how well that works, without any tricks.

Please feel free to hang around and jump in anywhere you want!

Sorry I know nothing about Power 90. The only time I've ever lost that much weight in two weeks have been right at the beginning when I've lost a lot of water weight. Jennifer's suggestions for that are great.

Good luck!

Default some answers...

hello!

i'm on week 2 of power 90 myself, actually. This is the 2nd time i've done it.
The diet plan (unless you're doing p90x, which is extremely intense and a whole diff ballgame) is something called Michi's ladder. The plan is something pretty loosely enforced, where it seperates foods my categories...the top 2 being ideal to stay within.

If you google michi's ladder, you'll get lots of results. So you can start soon...since many people on the p90 blog i'm in complained it took FOREVER to finally receive in the mail.

You can also go to beachbody.com (the company that makes p90 and several others) and along the right hand side you can get into the message boards without signing in with your user ID they give you.

that should help to be able to see other people on the same exercise plan!

good luck!

sarah
