I cannot see my own pic with my posts. Is this typical or should I be able to see it?

A profile pic appears on your profile page, but not on posts. Click your name to get the drop menu and choose to view your profile.

The image that would appear on your posts would be the avatar pic. You can add an avatar from your UserCP.

A profile picture only shows up on your profile -- i.e., when someone clicks on your forum name.

Perhaps you are looking for a picture that will show up under your forum name at the left side of every post? That is called your Avatar and to get a picture there you have to modify your avatar in the User CP area.

You can also add a picture to your signature but you hve to have at least 30 days of membership and at least 30 posts before you can develop a signature with either a picture or a weight tracker . . . so don't worry about that for a little while.

My guess is that you want to add an avatar . . . go to User CP and then click on Edit Avatar. There are about 120 to 130 predesigned avatars you can use or you can go down to the Custom Avatar area toward te bottom of the page and upload one of your own. If you need any more help, just give us a yell.
