I did Yoga for the first time ever today and absolutely LOVED it, but when I plugged it into The Daily Plate, it claims that I burned 495 calories in my hour. I find this VERY hard to believe since I didn't break a sweat and I'm pretty sure the heart rate wasn't up. How is this possible, and if it's incorrect, does anyone have a better guestimation as to how many you burn in an hour?
