Default Looking for a forum for teenage dd

I see forums for 20s, 30s, etc., but my dd is a 17 yo high school senior who is struggling with her weight and going to WW with me. I know she feels a little alone at the meetings where most of the members are decades older than she is. She is going out of state for college in the fall and I really want her to be in a healthier place before she goes.

I told her about this site but I don't think she feels there is a "place" for her.
Am I missing a forum group that might appeal to her?
TIA!

I can tell you that the 20-something's would welcome her with open arms. Plenty of the 20-something's are starting or going through college so there's that in common. Maybe even some advice from those who have been there. And we certainly love having people over in the WW area!

Depending on what she's into as well, the Alternachicks is a cool area. (<3 those guys & gals!)

I'm 19, I'm at University and I love posting on the 20-somethings board. Also, I think the Alternachicks board is great! I tend to lurk all the boards though

Hi, have her join us in the 20's, I think there are a few teens floating around, but if you read our posts, she may relate to a lot of what we are talking about. Much better to join here than some of the bad sites they have out there pro-anorexia or something.

There is a Teens Thread in the main Support Groups Forum and here is a link to it . . . http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118949 . . . other than that I think a lot of teens are posting in the Twenty Somethings Forum as has already been mentioned.
