Well, Firt of all, I started my diet ten days ago and have been actively searching for a support site since then. I have found a few but this one seems to fit my needs as everyone has the same goal. To get healthy.
I am a past success at weight loss. I lost seventy pounds on a diet 27 years ago. I kept the weight off for five years then was in an accident. I now weigh more than when I started the first diet. lol I can blame it on inactivity but we all know better now don't we. I like to eat.

I love food!!! There I said it.
Multiple back surgeries with instrumentation and dominoe effect ruptures, spondy etc and now spinal stenosis does now allow me any standing exercises so have to rely strictly on sitting exercise.
My diet start date was March 11. Starting weight was 222. Today's weight is 211.
My diet is one I was on before. No name brand just cutting back calorites carbs and fat. I don't feel hungry nor do I feel I am missing out on anything.
Just needed to retrain my brain to realize what my body needs and not what i want it to have.
I look forward to posting here getting support as well as offering support to others when I can.
