hiya welcome.. In dont know what you would like to trey but for me calorie counting with the help of Calorie king has made a huge differnce to my weight loss. it figures out how many calories you need to eat how many you burn during exercise and is a very easy and free online program..
Its the idiot proof way to count caolries

lol i also take a good mutlvitamin to make sure i have all the nutriesnt i need and since i started taking them my skin and hair have improved so too has my mood and wound healing.. also you could come jion me as a diet buddy if you like at

i find diet buddies are great to have and have a buddy system on another furom i go to .. we ahev great laughs and great times..
if you are just starting out make small changes .. so you dont get too overwhelmed.. start with 10 minutes of walking or similar easy exercise .. slowly change you diet and dribk heaps of water do this for a month then decide which path you want to follow.. choose and plan you can stick too .. long term so you dont get the weight back later .. you want a plan you can do for life.. which is why i calorie count.. its normal eating .. you can have treats as long as your with in your calorie limits.. .. anyway .. would love to have you at the buddy thread .. have a great day
