I want to congratulate you all on your success.
I have been coming here for about a year, lurking about, and am impressed with your stories. I did not join until today.
I have been going around sites gathering encouragement from all of you and have been finding some negative people who ruin it for those really trying to lose. So I joined today, so that I can air my opinion back to those negative people and to also be a positive support to those who need it.

Hello all!! Trying to lose the last 15lbs, in Memphis TN.
We all try very hard to be supportive to eachother, while at the same time making sure that people are being healthy as well. It's wonderful to lose weight, but if someone is doing something dangerous that's not good at all! If you're concerned that someone is giving out misinformation the best thing to do would to be contacting a Moderator and having them look into it further. They can take the appropriate action.
