Is the Fat Smash a crash diet? I hear it works, but how about maintaining the progress?

I think Fat Smash is great. It teaches you healthy eating and has really personally helped me. I have been on it for almost 2 months now and not only lost some weight but have a whole new outlook on food. I would never say anything bad about this method

There is a forum for Fat Smash.. which is what helped me decide I wanted to give it a shot. I made a 'Fat Smash Buddy' chat under that.. you are welcome to chat with us if you have any other questions.. there is also a Fat Smash website with chat and a lot of great questions and answers.

Thank you! Yeah, you were the one who got me interested in trying it in the first place I ordered the book from the library, I just was reading a bit about it, and was concerned on whether or not it could be another crash diet. Thanks for your help!
