Default I just ate the lunch special at work

It was cheese tortellini with pesto cream sause, asparagus, and a piece of garlic toast. Does anyone know how many points this would be. I am guessing 5 for the garlic bread, 10 for the tortellini and 1 for the asparagus. What do you all think? I couldn't find any conversions for tortellini or the cream sauce online so I'm estimating..

Have you tried Dotties weight loss zone? Sounds like a dish you could find at Olive Garden. Dottie is reknowned for restaurant's and points. Here is the link.

I just checked the WW site to see if I could get some round about points values (since we can't be too accurate).

The garlic toast sounds right at 5 points.
The cheese tortellini is 5 points per cup. (I'm not sure how much you had.)
The pesto cream sauce is difficult... I can only find Pesto Sauce, and that's 3 points per 2 tablespoons. (Again, even if you went with that, I'm not sure how many tablespoons you had.)
Asparagus is normally zero points, BUT did it have an oil or butter sauce? If it had either you may need to add 1-2 points.

At the very least it seems this would be 13 points, but if you had 2 cups of tortellini, and 4 tablespoons of pesto sauce it quickly jumps to 21 points.
