Finally Makeing An Effort
I joined back in December cause I was one of the people who said they were going to lose weight the next year, well I chickened out and didnt start. Well now I am fed up with being overweight and I am going to do something about it.
I have been overweight my entire life. WOO HOO!! It runs in my family, and well I am tired of it. In middle school my dad and I started weight watchers I lost 40 lbs and then we stopped going. Since then I have gained all of that back plus 30 pounds so I am on a mission to loose 80lbs, by the time my husband gets back from Iraq next Jan. The only thing that will set me back is getting pregnant, which we are trying to do. If it does happen then at least I will be on track of eating healthy and keeping exercising in my daily routine.
So my plan is to do the core weight watchers plan, I am not going to the meetings or even doing it online. I am just doing it on my own. I know its hard but I am determined to get to my ideal weight again. I found the list online of the foods I can have, and I am going to try my best.
