Default Average weightloss

Just curious as to what everyone's average weightloss is with LA... I just signed up and I am just wondering if the 2 pounds a week they claim is really true.

its 1.5 so far but i'm breastfeeding. When i did LAWL before it was about 2lbs a week or sometimes more but at the end i averaged less than 2lbs because i had rough times at times. The plan really does work.

Goodluck

Hi, I just wanted to say that my average is 1.5 as well. But I do know people who have had the 2 lbs loss per week. Everyone's body is different. Good luck to you!

When I was on the weight loss portion, I think I ended up averaging 1.5-1.75.

I have been averaging about 3 lbs a week, but I had 133 lbs to lose. I have noticed that I am losing down not that I only have about 55-60 lbs to lose. The more you have to lose, the more likely you are to probably make that 2 lbs, I also exercised and I think that helped to keep me above the 2 lb average

I average over 3 lbs/week, but I also have a lot to lose. It definately goes faster in the beginning. I think 2 lbs/week is absolutely doable if you do what you are told & get some exercise.

Default Average Pounds Lost

"Doingitforever" In the beginning during the TO Phase I tend to loose quite a few pounds. Then the following weeks I average 1.5 - 2.0 pounds. Then there is the T.O.M which I might see the scale stall or go in the wrong direction. Also I find that I start getting lazy at times so I might miss 1 veggie or at times 1fruit. Personally, I found that not eating all the food I am supposed to has had an affect and slowed down my weightloss and I would only see a pound per week. But I think the way the couselor's calculated the price of the program was based on the assumption that you would lose 2 pounds per week. If I am wrong please someone correct me.

I was loosing about 2.5 lbs a week until I lost 25 lbs. Now I seem to loosing about 2.25 lbs a week. I just started exercising again last week and hope that will keep me loosing this rate for a while longer. I have about 47 lbs to go.
