I have a question...do you all pre-plan what you are going to eat? Like a day in advance? I can't do that, because I'm finicky, and what I want to eat depends on my mood that day. I'm guessing some of you pack for work? (I work at home)

frog - I like to plan my meals weekly cause I usually do my grocery shopping once a week. I usually have the same thing for lunch for the week. With it just being me and the kids leftovers are plentiful. I am not a big adventorous eater so I usually rotate the same things over and over. Good thing I don't get tired of things easily I guess.

Tuesday - 3/4

B - kashi go lean cereal, skim milk
L - 1/2 shake n bake pork chop, salad, peach
S - yogurt
D - 2 bean burittos with lots of veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper)
S - choc drizzle rice cakes

E - 30 min on treadmill

Frog- Like lovinlifex2 I also plan a weekly menu and then bring it to the market and make sure I get what I need, and I don't buy random stuff that I will just have to throw out at the end of the week.

Ah. See, I can't plan, because when I do, I'll be like, "Well, I don't want that". LOL.
