Smile Saying hello

Hello all,

I've just had a good look round this site and am blown away by the success stories I've read, great motivation.

Seeing some horrible photos of me was the kick I needed to start losing weight. I've printed them and vowed that things have to change, I don't want to be that person in the photos anymore.

So, I've weighed in for the first time in ages and am starting out at 16st 9lbs

I need to be healthy, thats my motivation. I need to feed my body well, not full of junk and I need exercise too.

At the moment, I'm taking no exercise at all. What do you think is the best way to start? Something at home to start with I thought. Which exercise dvd do you recommend? I'll take any help at all.

Belleree, Good for you! I am new here too! I decided the first of the year to start the weight loss again, but I am going to do it this time. NO QUITTING! Any exercise is EXERCISE, just get the body moving.
