Default Went back to LAWL today after 6 weeks medical leave....

Wow, gained 9 pounds back. Mostly because of medical tweeking of thyroid meds and diagnosing a gastro problem, but they were great to me. I have a new list of restricted foods in each food group, but the only major issue they need to help me with is that I cannot have any dairy. Nada.... The COD manager is calling the nutritionist on Monday and will call me to tell me what to substitute/add in place of 2 dairy servings.

Feels really good to be back and getting on track to lose what I put back and get going on the rest of the weight I want to lose.

ARGGGGG

Gained another 1.8 pounds since saturday. The COD said it is probably my body adjusting to the food since I went back on plan Saturday (officially) but without the dairy servings (2). The nutritionist substituted adding 1 starch, 1 fruit and 2 vegetables for the 2 dairies I can't eat. She said we will watch it for a week so see what happens when I am OP for one full week and then maybe I should try a FF (can't do the TO because of the soy in the bars), so they are working with me to get me back on the losing track. I really like my COD, the counsellors there seem to really care and are willing ot go the extra mile to help.
