Default hip hop hahaha

So, I tried a new video today. It was D's Hip Hop Aerobics - the library had it and I was curious.

Yeah. All I can say is, HAHAHA. No. I couldn't follow any of the moves, and on many occasions found myself facing in the completely wrong direction. At one point I was walking in place, just so I could pay more attention to the routine. I still couldn't get it.

After about ten minutes, I gave up and put on Leslie. I could do all those moves.

I remember trying some Tae Bo tapes and not being able to get past the instructions!

That's what happens sometimes when we try new things. I believe the important part is... we tried.

Oh my hip hop DVD is the same way! I was only sore afterwards from laughing at myself, not from working out. The moves went so fast and were so complicated, so I was just watching a room full of energenic people writhe in perfect unison while I stood in my living room scratching my head!

I want to see people who actually do this stuff at home. I am convinced the only people who can look cool doing it are the ones on the tape! Also, I noticed that the guy on my tape starts each move over in a fresh clean, sweat free shirt. Hrmmmm if he can't do it all at once, than neither can I!!

I love those types of DVD's
when I was in high school i was part of my high school dance /cheerleading team
Yes a fat girl a cheerleader lol
I was the 3rd person basically that person needs to be strong and big ... me playing rugby for a good 5 years i was the one i got to throw all those little 90 lb girls in the air.
It takes a little bit to get the moves down but I totally think that Hip hop is one of the best workouts you can get and its fun too.
If I come across any good ones I will let you know =)
