Like the others say: 30 minutes cardio is great!
15 pounds by April 7th hrm... that is 6 weeks. Average weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. You may lose more in the first few weeks due to water weight & whatnot. But you'd
probably lose 6-12 lbs. Then again, wouldn't being healthier by shedding any amount of weight by April 7th be better than nothing?
