Does anyone know how many calories there are in a Wal-Mart 1ft sub sandwich? The sandwich is split between three people, cut in 6 inches a piece then we cut the 6 inches into 3 inches and have one part for dinner and the other part for super. I thought maybe using the calories for the Subway sandwiches would do, and add another 50 calories to the number. I been counting them around 350 calories but then I wonder maybe 400? cause have you seen the meat on these things???? They look like they put a little more meat in them then what Subay do. There is no listings in any calorie book that I have for them and you can't go to their web site to pick up on their deli information on nutrition fact on some of the things they make. I wished they would be required to put a nutrition label on deli items from the store.
