I've just joined, and am very motivated to get started! My husband and I are losing weight together (we gained much of it after getting married

). So far, we've been portioning, exchanging food for their healthier counterparts, and have lost 3 lbs each in the past 3 weeks. Now I definitely want to step things up, and hope to do it with 3FC's help!
My current weight: 232 / DH's current weight: 317
Because DH is diabetic, I'm considering doing South Beach or another Low Carb... but am still researching and trying to figure out the best options for us. I'm glad to be here!
