I love to eat too...but luckily, with some planning, you can still eat foods you like, and even eat them on the go, without blowing your plan. You just have to figure out healthy, on-plan foods you can carry with you, even if it means having a cooler with yogurts in your car, or a protein bar in your purse at all times.
