I’ve been hovering around 3FC for a few days now and figured it was time I signed up. At first glance, I was amazed by the amount of support and information that was available, especially through the forums.

I am at the start of my weight loss journey and while I know there is a very long road ahead of me, I like the idea of having a support network when I need that extra bit of motivation.
