Angry ooooooops, stupid super bowl!

well, i had my first major dietary slip since i started WW (jan 1. 08). i couldn't seem to pry myself away from the snack table at the super bowl party i went to this evening! i consumed so many crackers/tortilla chips and soo much dip. i am due for my TOM any second, and i always get salt cravings, so i blame that for my lack of self control. luckily i had eaten pretty lightly for breakfast and lunch anticipating that i'd indulge in some kind of treat this evening, but not this!

oh well. tomorrow (despite the fact that it is my weigh in day ) is another day, and i'll just start brand new in the morning! just needed to vent!
