Default TOM/Obesity Issue

Hello,

This week I will see my medical doctor on this and what I am going to share with you all here. I don't know where to post this under and since am under 400 and dealing with TOM issue. Hoping on giving me some input.

I'm dealing with TOM issue for many years.. My menses is not working nomal as it should. On January 18th, I was eating healthy and done dancing twice daily for over a week period. The scale was moving and dropping daily, that taken me down to 336 from 380. I was pleased, but also worried on this rapid loss and have not noticed on my appearance. I was clueless!!

On Friday, did notice with TOM arriving guessing. Mind you, I never get TOM each month and when I had started dancing last month, this was a clue of some changing efforts. I was scared/happy kinda feeling that TOM is actually showing up.but then, ate poorly,no exercise for 2 days.

So, am Today, started on keeping a food journal as well being patient on the scale. I am back up where I was last month, no TOM and planning on doing my fitness regimen. I will see what happend next month, when my body is trying to change and telling me something. I am not taking no diet pills ..Just these changes that I was seeing is scary.

I will discuss this with my new medical doctor this week and am hoping am doing this right and a healthy manner.

Thank you for listening.. Have a great one!

Liliann, From previous posts you have made, and this one, I really believe you may need a new scale (or a new battery at least (?)). Are you saying that within the course of a few days or even a couple of weeks, the scale showed you dropping from 380 to 336? Just wondering if you are sure that your weight is really fluctuating that much? Is there a doctor's office nearby that you could drop in every week and weigh until you could get a more reliable scale? (If that could be the problem.)

I think a food journal is a terrific way to begin. It still helps me to do this so I can keep track of what and how much I've consumed. I would definitely keep it up!
