You have my dream job...FYI. But gosh, it WOULD be hard to resist temptations...still, I bet that, once you start really looking at what you're eating, it'll get easier and easier. The first time after my lifestyle change that I made my signature chocolate frosting, i was totally icked out by all the butter...so who knows?
What sort of plan are you following? Would it allow for little bits of things every once in a while as a treat? Or do you think it'd be easier to just avoid altogether since temptation is likely to be there all the time?
