Default New chicky here!
Hey everyone!

So i'm brand new to the chicks and today is my first day on the medifast diet!

Food is my passion in life and being a pastry chef, i find it impossible to avoid temptations. Over the past year it has finally caught up with me and i am finally out of denial of being overweight.

I'm looking for some friends for support during my transition to change my lifestyle. I'm also a great listener, so if you ever need someone to grumble to, I'll be here!

Just thought I'd throw a big "hi" and a "go us!" for taking the right measures to become happy healthy people.

Hey Allie!

You have my dream job...FYI. But gosh, it WOULD be hard to resist temptations...still, I bet that, once you start really looking at what you're eating, it'll get easier and easier. The first time after my lifestyle change that I made my signature chocolate frosting, i was totally icked out by all the butter...so who knows?

What sort of plan are you following? Would it allow for little bits of things every once in a while as a treat? Or do you think it'd be easier to just avoid altogether since temptation is likely to be there all the time?

Anyway, welcome! Settle in, keep posting, and get down to business..can't wait to get to know you soon!
