Hi my name is Sheila and I have been overweight for 20+ years and I have a long way to go. I need to lose 180 lbs. I am following the plan my doctor put me on, which is Low Carb. I am a diabetic and have high blood pressure.
I get checked by my doctor every 3 months.

Jan 1----350 lbs. First day of Low carb.
Jan 3 ---346
Jan 8 ---338
Jan 15--336.5
Jan 22--336
Jan 29--333 down 17lbs.
I am only .5 lb from my first mini goal of 5%.
