New from Australia
Hi,
I'm a 19 year old female from Sydney Australia. I have known for a long time that I have needed to lose weight. I look at myself in the mirror and HATE what I see. Yet whe I walk into the kitchen to grab something to eat even when I'm not hungry I just can't help myself. This is something I really need to do for myself and not for anyone else. It would lift me out of my miserable mood and hopefully boost my confidence.
However, I have no idea where to start with eating healthily. I have researched many different things and so many facts contradict the other it's not even funny. All I want is to find a list of EASY to prepare cheap meals that I can rotate. I don't have much money and I'm not in charge of the grocery shopping so having the right food on hand doesn't happen. I think if I had a set list of groceries that I would need each week it would make things much easier.
On the exercise front I plan to walk as much as possible and eventually move on to lifting weights however, i need to get more advice and information before I commit to something.
I hope that I find the support I need here and maybe even find someone to work with.
