I went to Trader Joes Yesterday and My cheap arse brought home things that are actually good for me! (Whoda thunk it?) They have a 2 pound jar of soy protein for 11.99!!! it has no flavor but I put it in my coffee this AM and it was great
I also Got FF greek yogurt and OMG frozen wild blueberries! HEAVEN! I'm in HEAVEN and my heart beats so that I can hardly speaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak
(every now and then I break into cheek to cheek sorry!)
I mixed them together with Cereal and I think it was a bit too much food so I have to tweak that a bit
The berries tho rocked!
WE snagged an awesome FF black bean dip too!
on that note I ahve to get my arse in gear

Congrats. It's good that you found some healthy food that you like. It's always good to find food that is healthy and that you actually enjoy eating.

BTW, where do you go to get your weight loss ticker?? I've looked everywhere on this site and haven't found it yet
