Talking NSV NSV NSV times 3!

Ok so I had a Baaad Morning! Including but not limited to Losing the charm off my grandmothers necklace in my bedroom. . .It was her dad's Tie Tack Tears Much?
So with my 3.5 hours of sleep my first thought of course was I have Slow churned icecream in the freezer. Before I even came downstairs I was like WAIT STOP YOu are Worth More than Ice cream. No Ice Cream has passed my lips!!!
OK so # 2 Lunch was leftover chicken and Broc. . .I can now eat really well cooked broc YAY! thats not the victory! this one is kinda 2 part I decided that I'm no longer going to eat food in the container (unless its food on the run) So I dumped out my chicken and broc into an actual bowl! I know wierd to some people but I'm the WHy dirty a dish queen!
Here's the real victory! I was eating and doing some work. I speared my chicken piece and started to lift the fork. and I realized I'm comfortable I don't need to eat this chicken! I put the fork down. granted the bowl is still on the table. I don't want it!
#3 So in Lieu of a Martha Stewart break <I'm a semi wanna be domestic diva> I was surfing the radio and came upon a 40 minute music block on the dance station and I realized instead of just bopping to the music I could actually do the WATP moves. So I did and when the songs were too slow I did squats. I worked out for 30 min!
I've already started paying for it but it felt good!

Just wanted to share!

NSV = nonscale victory
WATP = Walk Away the Pounds. it's an exercise program on a DVD, and i think there's an audio tape or CD or something that you can plug into a portable and use.
